How is Enterprise pricing structured?

Is annual billing required?
No. Essentials and Professional are available month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Enterprise agreements are typically structured as annual or multi-year terms.
Do you write back to connected providers?
No. SYNTRIX is read-only by design. It surfaces intelligence from your providers without executing changes in your environment.
What integrations are available on Essentials?
Essentials includes up to 4 integrations from the current 13. Most organizations start with an identity provider (M365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, or Okta), then add a cloud integration (AWS or GCP), a collaboration integration (Teams, Slack, or Zoom), and a delivery integration (GitHub or Jira). All 13 unlock on Professional.
What does the Utilization Engine actually do?

What does the Contract Intelligence Engine actually do?
It maintains a repository of vendor agreements with renewal calendar tracking, auto-renewal detection, and contract value modeling. It cross-references contract terms against Utilization Engine output to produce a renewal leverage view: contract value combined with utilization gap equals renewal opportunity.
