SYNTRIX Enterprise and SYNTRIX Portfolio
Enterprise scales SYNTRIX for a single large organization: expanded seats, dedicated onboarding, priority access to new integrations. Portfolio is for groups that run more than one company. Every subsidiary, division or acquisition keeps its own numbers, a fleet view compares them side by side, one switch turns the same estate into operations, spend or exposure, and the posture standards you declare are checked against every company after each sync. Both are scoped and quoted to your environment.
Talk to us
Read-only by design. SYNTRIX never changes your environment on its own. The one write it performs is one you initiate: composing a ticket from a finding into your ITSM, evidence attached. No policy changes, no configuration writes, no autonomous action.
No implementation required. Connect a provider and intelligence surfaces within minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start on Essentials and upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade to Professional or Enterprise at any time. Your provider connections and all historical intelligence carry forward.

How is Enterprise pricing structured?

Enterprise is scoped to your organization's needs: entity count, integration depth, seat requirements, and contract term. Reach out to sales@alterenable.com and we'll put together a proposal specific to your environment.

Is annual billing required?

No. Essentials and Professional are available month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Enterprise agreements are typically structured as annual or multi-year terms.

Do you write back to connected providers?

SYNTRIX reads telemetry and never changes your environment on its own. The single exception is user-initiated: from a finding, you can create a ticket in your ITSM with the evidence attached. SYNTRIX never executes policy changes, revokes access, or modifies configuration in connected providers.

What integrations are available on Essentials?

Essentials includes up to 4 integrations from the current 14. Most organizations start with an identity provider (M365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, or Okta), then add a cloud integration (AWS or GCP), a collaboration integration (Teams, Slack, or Zoom), and a delivery integration (GitHub or Jira). All 14 unlock on Professional.

What does the Utilization Engine actually do?

It synthesizes seat usage, license assignment, and activity signals across all SaaS providers and produces per-license utilization scores. Underutilized licenses surface with cost impact modeling, ready to use as evidence in vendor renewal negotiations.

What does the Contract Intelligence Engine actually do?

It maintains a repository of vendor agreements with renewal calendar tracking, auto-renewal detection, and contract value modeling. It cross-references contract terms against Utilization Engine output to produce a renewal leverage view: contract value combined with utilization gap equals renewal opportunity.

What does the Security domain cover?

SYNTRIX reads incident and alert posture from Microsoft Defender XDR and places it on the executive surface alongside the identity, device, and financial context that explains what an incident touches. Critical and high-severity incidents link to their records in the Defender portal. SYNTRIX is not a SIEM or EDR; it reads the detections Defender produces and puts them in executive context.

Is there a trial?

Yes. SYNTRIX offers a 14-day trial with Professional-tier access on a single provider connection. No card required.

Ready to surface what your stack actually knows?

Connect a provider and SYNTRIX surfaces real intelligence within minutes.
