Can I start on Essentials and upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade to Professional or Enterprise at any time. Your provider connections and all historical intelligence carry forward.

How is Enterprise pricing structured?

Enterprise is scoped to your organization's needs — entity count, integration depth, seat requirements, and contract term. Reach out to sales@alterenable.com and we'll put together a proposal specific to your environment.

Is annual billing required?

No. Essentials and Professional are available month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Enterprise agreements are typically structured as annual or multi-year terms.

Do you write back to connected providers?

No. SYNTRIX is read-only by design. It surfaces intelligence from your providers without executing changes in your environment.

What integrations are available on Essentials?

Essentials includes up to 4 integrations from the current 10: M365 or Google Workspace as your identity provider, one cloud integration (AWS, GCP, or GitHub), and one collaboration integration (Slack, Zoom, or Jira).

Is there a trial?
